• Contact Information, so we can contact you if you're a finalist, please include how you heard about the festival.
• A copy of your film in DVD Format ONLY
• A letter or statement giving permission to show the film during the festival.
• A short film Synopsis (100 words or less)
• $5 Cash
• Film MUST BE UNDER 25 MINUTES RUNTIME (INCLUDING CREDITS)
• Multiple Film Submission is allowed, but requires Submission Fee per Submission
