I had many people around the voting booth making sure no one entered more than once, and secondly the staff was instructed to only give out one program guide per person. So you could not get more than one if you wanted to. I did not pick this movie, ... read more »

the box was left sitting alone (anyone could grab as many voting slips as they wanted) -no one was standing there to make sure each person only entered one...so no that was not at all 'fair'...and if you think rag in the bag was of the same quality o... read more »

Hi Josh, I'm sorry if you feel shaded, but there was nothing suspicious about the voting process. The votes were left in the box, and were then counted. 'Rag in the Bag" had the most votes. It was completely fair.

sorry but "rag in the bag"?...what?! It wasn't even a story -I just can't fathom how it could possibly win. The voting process was very suspicious...especially since one of the main founders of this festival helped make this video...
